Empower Development Center is making a tremendous difference in Allendale County and surrounding areas. We are a 501(c)(3) organization, and our main purpose is to provide housing, community and economic development to Allendale County and surrounding areas.  We create opportunities to promote health, education, and financial opportunities.  It is our goal to provide resources to individuals and families that offers safe housing, financial literacy and educational opportunities.  Our organization has been very busy since we were established in April 2020.
